SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to ship from the studio.
Paintings are carefully packaged, often using repurposed materials in an effort to recycle and help the environment.
If you are located in Qatar, please select "Qatar" as your delivery location, and I will contact you to arrange a convenient pickup or drop-off.
For shipping outside Qatar, please email by.sakinafayyaz@gmail.com with your address and the artwork you’d like to purchase to receive a custom shipping quote before placing your order. Please note that any customs duties or additional fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the buyer.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged, please email by.sakinafayyaz@gmail.com within 7 business days of your item’s arrival with photos of the damaged item and packaging. If an original painting arrives damaged, it will need to be returned for inspection, after which I will either repair and resend the piece (if salvageable) or issue a refund.
