Salam means peace- a greeting and a prayer. This painting is my way of honouring the land of Palestine and its people. I brought together symbols of Palestinian identity and resilience —olive branches, the flag, and Al Aqsa —into one piece. For me, this painting is not just an artwork, but a gesture of respect and gratitude for Palestine and its enduring strength.
